All Risk® Wristband Triage Tags for MCI Response

The All Risk® Triage Tag with Patient Wristband is designed for mass casualty incident response, secondary assessment, treatment area documentation, and patient transport coordination. This tag provides responders with a durable documentation tool for recording patient condition, treatment details, contamination status, transport information, and destination details during MCI operations.

The wristband-style configuration helps maintain patient identification throughout the incident while the attached triage tag supports continued assessment, care documentation, and patient movement tracking.

Wristband Triage Tag Configuration

This version includes an integrated patient wristband that can be applied to the patient while the triage tag remains available for documentation. The wristband helps preserve patient identification as the patient moves between treatment areas, transport units, and receiving facilities.

The tag also includes a cotton string, allowing responders to secure the triage tag to the patient, clothing, equipment, or belongings depending on the response environment and agency preference.

Standard Tag Configuration for DMS Kits

Wristband-style All Risk® Triage Tags are the standard triage tag configuration included with many of our EMT3® Go-Kits and Rapid Response Kits. This format supports patient accountability, treatment area organization, transport coordination, and incident documentation from the treatment area through patient movement.

For agencies replenishing existing DMS kits, expanding disaster caches, or replacing used training supplies, this wristband version is the standard All Risk® tag format commonly used across DMS MCI response systems.

Enhanced Transportation Receipt for Patient Movement

The enhanced transportation receipt helps support the movement of patients from treatment areas to transport units and receiving facilities. When used with a receipt holder, it allows patient number, acuity level, and destination information to remain available for quick reference during ambulance loading and patient tracking.

This helps transportation and patient tracking personnel maintain better visibility of who was transported, where the patient was sent, and what acuity level was assigned during the incident.

All Risk® Triage Tags are made with waterproof / blood proof material to support field use during emergency response, disaster drills, hospital surge exercises, and multi-agency MCI training.
