Evac123® Evacuation System Components help hospitals and healthcare facilities expand, customize, and maintain a structured patient evacuation process. These components are organized by Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 of the Evac123® system, supporting patient movement from room evacuation through transportation and final destination tracking.

During hospital evacuations, staff must be able to quickly identify patients, document critical information, and maintain accountability throughout each stage of movement. Evac123® components allow facilities to build on their existing evacuation system by adding the specific tools needed to support patient tracking, transport coordination, and continuity of care.

• Step 1 – Room Evacuation: supports patient identification and initial movement from point of origin
• Step 2 – Transportation: helps document transport details and track patient movement between locations
• Step 3 – Destination: records patient arrival and destination information to support accountability and continuity of care

These Evac123® components can be used to expand existing packages or customize evacuation planning based on facility size, patient census, and operational needs. This gives hospitals flexibility to scale their evacuation system over time without replacing their current setup.
