START Non-Wristband Triage Tags for MCI Response

The All Risk® Triage Tags, Non-Wristband are designed for mass casualty incident response, secondary assessment, treatment area documentation, and patient transport coordination. These tags provide responders with a durable documentation tool for recording patient condition, care, acuity level, contamination status, and destination details during START triage operations.

Like the wristband versions, these tags use a cotton string to secure the triage tag to the patient, clothing, equipment, or belongings depending on the response environment and agency preference. The non-wristband format provides a traditional triage tag option for agencies that prefer this configuration.

The primary difference between wristband and non-wristband versions is operational preference and patient identification workflow. Enhanced Transportation Receipt for Patient Movement

The enhanced transportation receipt helps support the movement of patients from treatment areas to transport units and receiving facilities. When used with a receipt holder, it allows patient number, acuity level, and destination information to remain available for quick reference during ambulance loading and patient tracking.

This helps transportation and patient tracking personnel maintain better visibility of who was transported, where the patient was sent, and what acuity level was assigned during the incident.
