Transfer Manager

All patients leaving the care area must be accounted for an tracked. This is the primary responsibility of the Patient transfer Manager. Working closely with both the Staging Manager and off-site facilities to pair available beds with transports and patients.

In Game Mode the Transfer Manager utilizes a spin dl to simulate the unknown of bed affability at off-site facilities that may also be under surge.
