The Emergency Operations Center, or EOC, is a central command and control facility responsible for carrying out the principles of emergency preparedness along with emergency management, or disaster management functions at a strategic level in an emergency situation. The EOC is also responsible for ensuring the continuity of operations of the company or governmental entity. This EOC kit manufactured by DMS provides both geographic and personnel identification, and is based on the National Incident Management System as required in Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5.
